Helping entrepreneurs scale their way to seven figuresđ°
Some small business owners are afraid their product will be judged and deemed ânot good enough.â
Others are afraid that if it actually works, the people around them will find a way to ruin it, take it away, or make them feel bad for having something thatâs theirs.
So they stay in the safety of planning, perfecting, and âworking on itâ instead of putting it into the world.
But your product canât help the people who need it while itâs sitting safely at your desk. At some point you have to let the market test it and give yourself permission to be seenâ¤ď¸

You keep calling it confusion when really, itâs just two versions of you negotiatingâŚ
the one whoâs safe where you are
and the one who already knows youâre capable of more.
lean into that hesitation. Use it as data. Ask yourself:
what am I ACTUALLY scared of?
Thatâs the real block you have to uncoverâŚ

Sometimes the clutter around us is a reflection of what weâre carrying within us including the things weâre avoiding, unfinished tasks, and results weâre afraid to create.
There are three main components to scaling a business: the systems you have in place, your mindset, and your support.
If youâre ready to work through the inner work that comes with growth, visit streamlinesuccess.com for more information and free downloads to help you along the way. đ

Just leaving this here for future seven-figure youđ¸đ¤
At 19, I left college, sold my car to make the down payment, and opened my first salon.
Since then, Iâve built 9 businesses, lost my first one to a fire, bounced back, and spent 4+ decades learning what it really takes to build a business.
Iâve also written 3 bestselling business books, and now I get to help other entrepreneurs turn their ideas into seven-figure businesses.
So when youâre ready⌠you know where to find međ

Itâs been a little over 3 years since I published Build A Million Dollar Beauty Business, and itâs
still getting reviews that remind me exactly why I wrote it.
BAMDBB is the exact method I used to scale my own businesses, built from 40 years of real-world experience.
Thatâs why the strategies inside arenât built around trends, algorithms, or quick fixes.
Theyâre rooted in the fundamentals of building a profitable, streamlined, sustainable business.
The strategies will work 3, 5, even 10 years from now because good business principles donât go out of style.
If youâre an entrepreneur ready to grow your business, increase profitability, create systems, and get your time back, this book was written for you.
Build the business. Keep the freedom.

We talk a lot about making the big changeâŚ
starting the business, leaving the job, setting the boundary, raising your standards, finally choosing yourself.
But the change is only part of it.
Then you have to catch yourself up to the new reality.
đYou can build the business and still operate from scarcity.
đSet the boundary and still feel guilty about it.
đHit the goal and still feel like you have to prove yourself.
Thatâs the deeper work.
Figuring out what actually belongs in the next version of your life⌠and what youâre only carrying because itâs familiar.
You donât need to know exactly how to get there. Take the step. Adjust. Keep going.
Thatâs how the life you want actually gets builtđŠľ

It is crazy how much of our ânormalâ is just something we learned.
We pick up beliefs, behaviors, and ways of thinking from the people and environments around us, repeat them long enough, and eventually start calling them who we are.
And then our self-talk comes in and keeps the whole thing alive.
We look for proof that our story is true, avoid anything that challenges it, and wonder why we keep ending up in the same place.
Sometimes growth is less about becoming someone new and more about questioning whether the story youâve been living by was ever yours to begin withđŠľ

One of the biggest shifts you have to make as a business owner is realizing that being needed isnât the same as being a good leader.
If your team comes to you with every problem and you immediately jump in with the solution, eventually theyâll stop learning how to solve problems without you.
Your job isnât to have every answer.
Your job is to develop people who can find the answers themselves.
Because the goal isnât to build a business that depends on you.
Itâs to build one that can grow without you.
