Tag someone whose contribution makes a difference.
One tile is small enough to fit in a hand. Together, hundreds of tiles can change the feeling of an entire place. That is the power of contribution: no piece has to do everything, but every piece matters.

Swipe to see small pieces become a field of possibility.
Roll. Press. Shape. Repeat. What looks like a simple clay circle is the result of steady hands, careful pressure, and countless repetitions. One piece at a time, the mural began to grow.

At Pace School, lending a helping hand is part of who we are.💙
Recently, our HR Manager, Ms. Haines, was part of a meaningful volunteer experience through the Pittsburgh Human Resources Association (PHRA).
As part of this community service initiative, PHRA members volunteered at Family House, an organization that provides a supportive home-away-from-home for patients receiving medical treatment and their families. Preparing and serving a homemade spaghetti dinner for the residents and their loved ones was a rewarding opportunity to give back to families facing challenging circumstances .
Ms. Haines shared, "I am grateful for the chance to support such an important organization and represent our commitment to serving the community."

Celebrate the tools and people behind the art.
Some projects require more than materials. They require new tools, new skills, and a willingness to build capacity for an ambitious idea. This kiln became part of the journey—and helped turn clay into the pieces now becoming part of the mural.

Look closely: what does the spiral suggest to you?
A mosaic asks us to look closely. Each piece is shaped by hand, slightly different from the next, and essential to the whole. These spirals are only one small part of a much larger story. ,

Share one word you hope the finished mural represents.
Before there were tiles, there were conversations, sketches, questions, and possibilities.
What should this mural say about Pace? What should it feel like to stand beside it? Every line began with listening. , , , ,
