To attract the love of my life, I had to let go of everything and everyone that no longer served me.

Sounds simple… until it’s what your nervous system is addicted to - the chaos, the chase, the constant need to prove your worth.

I learned the hard way:
If I wanted a peaceful home, I had to heal the broken one within. If I wanted a love I was excited to come home to, I had to stop running from my pain and start feeling it.

And if you’re a high performer going through heartbreak, you get it, you can’t “outwork” your way out of pain. You have to heal your way through it.

Because the version of you that’s meant to lead, love, and live again is waiting on the other side of your healing.

Follow me Tyler Stratton - together, we’ll rebuild your peace, reignite your motivation, and help you heal your heart so you can create the life and love you deserve. ❤️

There’s something I’ve learned about being a husband: respect means more to me than I ever knew how to explain.

Knowing the woman beside me believes in me, supports the vision in my heart, trusts my leadership, and reminds me who I am when life gets heavy makes me want to give her everything I possibly can.

A man who feels genuinely respected by the woman he loves will move mountains for his family.

She’s my biggest supporter, my partner, and the person I’m building this life alongside.

I’ll spend the rest of my life trying to give her the world because she’s always made me believe I could build one.

Happiness isn’t complex. It’s a matter of picking yourself back up & focusing on growing your mind, body, soul. Anytime I go through a time of darkness I do my best to double down on taking care of my 4 internal empires. These empires are (mindset, heartset, healthset, & soulset) each one is designed to help me focus back on myself so that I can lead myself out of struggling times. If I don’t do this I find myself consumed by stress, overwhelm, worry, and fear. Crippled and to scared to make a move so I stay stuck. The only way out of the pain is to walk into it and allow it to grow your character.

What is one simple thing you have been doing lately that’s been helping you feel small bits of peace or happiness? Mine? Walking. What’s yours?

Most of the time, time doesn’t heal the hurt. It just teaches you how to live around it.

You get better at distracting yourself.
You stop talking about it.
You tell everyone you’re “fine.”
You build walls around your heart so no one can ever hurt you like that again.

But deep down, you know you’re still carrying it.

The overthinking. The memories. The anger. The unanswered questions. The part of you that still wonders why you weren’t enough.

You don’t have to carry that pain into the next chapter of your life.

Do the work. Heal the hurt. Tear down the walls around your heart.

Not so you can forget what happened, but so what happened stops controlling what happens next.

You deserve to live fully again.
To love openly again.
To wake up without your past being the first thing on your mind.

We only get one life. Don’t spend another year emotionally stuck in a chapter that has already ended.

❤️ Your healing journey can start today.

I created the Breakup Recovery Roadmap, a simple 9-step audio program designed to help you quiet the breakup obsession, process the hurt, rebuild yourself, and start moving forward.

Giving up isn’t an option.

Walking away just because something feels hard, uncomfortable, or emotionally overwhelming doesn’t mean you’re choosing what’s right. Most of the time, it just means you’re trying to escape the tension of growth.

When it’s hard, stay.
When emotions are loud, stay.
When you’re in the middle of a breakdown and your mind is telling you there’s no light ahead, stay.

That’s not the moment to make life-altering decisions. That’s the moment when emotions are driving, not clarity. And emotional decisions, made in the heat of the storm, almost never serve your future.

Here’s a rule that has saved me more than once:
Don’t make exit decisions on your worst days.

If you’re going to leave someone or something, do it when you’re calm. Do it when you’re grounded. Do it when you can see clearly and still choose to walk away.

Stay when it’s hard.
Reassess when it’s steady.

That’s how you grow.
That’s how things work out.

If you’re going through heartbreak right now, please don’t try to carry all of this alone.

Heartbreak is nothing to joke about.

I’ve watched people I cared about struggle deeply after losing someone they loved, and I’ve lost friends to su***de. It’s one of the reasons this work means so much to me.

Because when somebody leaves, sometimes it doesn’t feel like you only lost them.

You lost your routines.

Your best friend.

The future you pictured.

The person you were when you were together.

And eventually you can look in the mirror and wonder…

Who am I without them?

That’s the part of heartbreak I want to help you through.

Inside the Happy Heart Academy, we’re working on letting go of the emotional weight you’re carrying, rebuilding your relationship with yourself, becoming emotionally resilient, and creating a future that genuinely excites you again.

You don’t have to have your entire life figured out today.

You just need to believe that this chapter doesn’t have to be the end of your story.

If you’re ready to start finding yourself again, join our community through the link in my bio. ❤️

Send me a DM Tyler Stratton with the word “ready,” and together, we’ll walk through this journey toward healing and finding happiness again.

You never know how strong you are until being strong is your only choice. And sometimes, the hardest part of being strong is letting go not because you’re giving up, but because you’re making space for something better. Letting go is really about letting in.

It’s about letting in forgiveness, not just for them, but for yourself. It’s about allowing in the “I’m sorry,” even if you never hear it from them. And most importantly, it’s about giving yourself permission to live again to breathe, to laugh, to feel joy without waiting for someone else to complete your happiness.

I know that moving on feels impossible when your heart is still holding on, but I promise you you’re not alone in this. No one ever taught us how to let go or how to move forward. We stumble through the pain, hoping time will heal what we’re not sure how to handle.

If you’re tired of feeling stuck, tired of replaying the same moments in your mind, and ready to start living a life filled with clarity and peace, I want to help you take that next step.

You don’t have to do it alone.

Love. Lead. Serve.

I want to invite you to start healing from the relationship that broke you.

It’s time to stop carrying the emotional weight of what happened, release the trapped emotions you’ve been holding onto, and begin opening the parts of your heart you closed off just to survive.

You deserve more than waking up every day feeling like your past still has a hold on you.

You deserve to feel free again.

To love again.

To trust again.

To feel like you again.

Healing doesn’t mean forgetting what happened. It means what happened no longer gets to control who you are, how you feel, or where your life goes next.

Your heartbreak may be part of your story, but it doesn’t have to become your identity.

It’s time to move forward.

It’s time to get your heart back.

Early on, I thought humility meant sacrificing my own needs, always giving, and rarely speaking up for myself. In relationships, that meant not setting boundaries and worrying too much about what others thought of me. In business, it looked like doubting my value, constantly comparing myself, and fearing that someone better might come along. I thought that being “replaceable” meant I should keep my head down, work harder, and maybe prove myself by not making mistakes.

But then I realized: humility isn’t about hiding; it’s about growing and understanding that we’re here to learn from others while also recognizing what makes us uniquely valuable. In relationships, being “wise enough to know there’s nobody else like me” means recognizing that I have my own strengths, my own quirks, and my own story to bring to the table. In business, it means that my unique perspective and my way of connecting with people have their own special worth.

So here’s the lesson: Be open to learning, to adapting, and to growing—don’t be afraid of change. But at the same time, trust that your unique contributions are irreplaceable. There’s only one you, and your presence has meaning in every part of your life.

Let’s embrace humility and confidence. Drop a comment: How do you balance these two in your own life?
