Some events leave an impression far beyond the evening itself. Over the years, BeSpoke BASH has become one of those moments: bringing together community, generosity, creativity, and purpose in support of UPMC Hillman Cancer Center.

From Stage AE to Rockwell Park, it has been an honor for LUXE Creative to help shape this experience alongside so many incredible partners and supporters. As the event enters its 5th year, we are grateful to continue supporting a cause that means so much to so many…and proud to play a key role in an evening dedicated to hope, progress, and impact.

The Challenge:
Following the event’s relocation in 2023, Animal Friends returned to campus in 2024 with an opportunity to refresh and elevate this beloved legacy event while better aligning it with the organization’s evolving vision and community needs.

The Solution:
LUXE Creative partnered with Animal Friends to reimagine the experience through thoughtful production, atmosphere, and guest engagement, creating an event that felt both renewed and deeply connected to the mission behind it.

At LUXE Creative, our work often extends where design meets broadcast – producing televised experiences with the same care and intention as any live event.

Allegheny County’s “A Hartwood Holiday” is one of those moments. Set within the historic Hartwood Acres Mansion and brought to life alongside some of Pittsburgh’s most beloved musical artists, it reflects what’s possible when production, performance, and place come together seamlessly.
