**AGE RELATED QUESTIONS**

WHAT IS THE AGE LIMIT TO ATTEND CLUB CAFE? Beginning August 2025
Coffee Shop is all ages (8AM-3PM)
Bar/Venue is Strictly 21+ (5PM-12AM)

CAN AN UNDERAGE CHILD ATTEND A SHOW AT CLUB CAFE WITH THEIR PARENT OR GUARDIAN? There are no exceptions.

**TICKETING RELATED QUESTIONS**

WHERE CAN I PURCHASE TICKETS? Tickets can be purchased in advance online via https://www.clubcafelive.com/upcoming-shows. Tickets can also be purchased in person during business hours. I PURCHASED TICKETS THROUGH TICKETWEB AND WANT TO CHANGE THE NAME OF THE PERSON ON THE WILL CALL LIST PICKING UP THE TICKETS -OR- I PURCHASED TICKETS THROUGH TICKETWEB AND DID NOT RECEIVE THEM BEFORE THE SHOW. I PURCHASED TICKETS AND CANNOT ATTEND THE SHOW, CAN I RECEIVE A REFUND? All sales for tickets are final with few exceptions:
1) If a show is rescheduled, you have 30 days from the announcement of the new date to receive a refund
2) If a show is cancelled, you will automatically receive a refund issued through Ticketweb

**VENUE QUESTIONS**

DOES CLUB CAFE SERVE FOOD DURING CONCERTS? Yes

IS THERE RESERVED SEATING? All shows are set up with limited seating and standing room. Seating is available on a first come, first serve basis only. No reservations are taken. CAN PEOPLE WITH SPECIAL NEEDS RESERVE SEATING? Please call us at least 24 hours in advance prior to the show you are attending at 412.431.4950 and leave a message on the machine. Be sure to include your name, the show you are attending, and a return phone number. You can also email us at [email protected]

IS PHOTOGRAPHY OR AUDIO/VIDEO RECORDING ALLOWED AT CLUB CAFÉ? Flash photography is never permitted for the courtesy of all those in attendance. Professional photography is only permitted if approved in advance directly by the artist(s) playing that night. In most cases cell phone cameras and simple amateur cameras are ok. Video or audio recording is not permitted. IS CLUB CAFE NON-SMOKING? Re-Entry is permitted for those who wish to step outside to smoke. I BELIEVE I LEFT/LOST AN ITEM AT CLUB CAFE OR FORGOT TO CLOSE MY TAB

In most cases if you forgot to close your tab, it will be closed with a 20% gratuity on the card you opened it with and you do not need to do anything further. If there are any issues however, feel free to contact us. WHAT IS THE PARKING SITUATION? Street Parking Is Available (Meters Are Enforced Until 6pm Monday-Thursday, Until Midnight On Fridays And Saturdays. There Is No Enforcement On Sundays). Parking Is Prohibited On E Carson Street (Between 12th And 18th) On Friday And Saturday Evenings. There Is A Lighted Parking Lot On E. Carson Street Between 12th And 13th St (Enforcement Hours Are Posted In Lot).
