Please keep track of your appointments in either a written schedule or in your virtual schedule and as soon as you know, you can’t make your appointment please let us know. We’re getting a lot of cancellations right at the 24 hour mark and it is very hard for us to cover those appointments so I please, beg of you, as soon as you know you can’t make your appointment please let us know.
