UPND have just exposed themselves… they are saying the violence is staged. Let’s just say gassing and violence was staged by the UPND to seek a sympathy vote…
Governance delayed until election season isn’t visionary leadership, but electioneering.
Never forget the 4yrs of loadshedding and all the fake promises of Hakainde Hichilema

It’s primitive to think Zambia can be won over with campaign materials.
Zambians are hardworking people. What they want is jobs, a lower cost of living, and an economy that works for them. Create employment, reduce the cost of living, and ensure the country’s mineral wealth generates fair tax revenue instead of endless tax holidays.
Don’t assume a beret, a cap, a T-shirt, or a chitenge will determine how people vote. Zambians deserve policies, not political merchandise.

Balancing liberty, safety, and the integrity of the trial process.
By Greenwell C. Mwape
I recognize the gravity of r**e and in**st. However, in Zambia’s judicial system, making them automatically non-bailable risks undermining Article 18; the presumption of innocence and the right to a fair trial.
Bail is a risk assessment, not an acquittal. Removing judicial discretion creates a blanket rule that can lead to prolonged pre-trial detention in an already slow system like ours.
My position over this issue: keep these offences bailable under strict, high-threshold conditions, prioritizing victim safety, preventing interference, and preserving constitutional integrity.
Politics of policies not personalities
Zambia arise.. weaponization of the judiciary leads to the miscarriage of democracy
