One thing I've noticed when observing successful property operations:

The properties with the fewest turnover headaches aren't necessarily using better vendors.

The moment a guest walks into your Airbnb and sees a beautifully made bed crisp, white (or on-brand), wrinkle-free their entire perception of the property shifts.

Here's what most hosts don't realize: guests aren't just evaluating cleanliness. They're evaluating whether they feel valued.

A rushed bed with mismatched pillows or wrinkled sheets communicates "nobody cared." A perfectly made bed communicates "this host takes pride in what they offer."

Practical tip: Always use hotel-fold or envelope-fold corners on your sheets. Tuck them tight. Layer your pillows from large to small. Add a folded throw blanket at the foot of the bed.

It takes an extra 3 minutes. It photographs beautifully. And it shows up in your reviews guests will specifically mention how "cozy" or "luxurious" the bed felt.
