Parallel Recruiting Initiative
Questions about the recruiting process? Need guidance on what do do next? Confused or frustrated? Then we can help!
We are here to help guide, facilitate and navigate the troublesome and confusing world of collegiate recruiting.
Everyone tells recruits they need to hit a certain height to play at the Power Four level.
We pulled roster data across the SEC, ACC, Big Ten and Big 12, and found the average height at every position. Here's the part nobody talks about: at almost every position, MORE athletes are playing BELOW that average than above it.
So what does that mean for how "undersized" gets used in recruiting conversations? We break it all down, position by position.

Meet Taylor's Pod. 🏐
Taylor played at Marist and coached at Navy and Miami, so she knows exactly what college coaches are looking for. Now she's working directly with a small group of families through a focused 2-month recruiting sprint.
Here's what's included:
📞 3 individual calls with Taylor every month
🤝 1 group pod call each month with fellow families
👥 Just 5 families per pod
🗓️ You book your own calls around your schedule
Every call is built around exactly where your athlete is right now, with real, personal guidance from someone who's been on the coaching side.
Focused on NC and the surrounding region, but families from anywhere are welcome.
With only 5 families per pod, spots go quickly. Book your intro call with Taylor. Link in bio! 👆

This is the good stuff. 🙌🏐
Watching a family go from overwhelmed to confident (and landing exactly where they belong) never gets old. Every athlete's recruiting journey looks different, and that's exactly how it should be.
