At Sound Ideas Production Group, we are perfectionists when it comes to creating video and audio solutions for our client's meetings and events. We are specialists in recording, meeting support, event production, and broadcast applications. With a history over two decades long, we provide not only facilities and equipment, but also top quality, highly-sought-after engineers and technicians. Sound Ideas' humble beginnings was a garage-turned-recording studio created by SIPG's president and founder, Doug Thompson. Remaining true to their roots, Sound Ideas still offers top of the line recording services with its Russ Berger-designed studio in Carrollton, Texas. The studio is a fully equipped Protools-driven suite with unlimited tracking capabilities, retaining a relaxing atmosphere where your creative ideas can be realized. Sound Ideas Production Group is now something much larger than just one man behind a mixer. It is a whole group of professionals, each of whom is dedicated to providing the best audio, video, lighting, and production, with special attention to overall ambiance and detail, for your next meeting or show. No matter how large or small the event, we specialize in ALL audio/visual support and also have a wide range of rental audio/visual equipment available. We’re proud of the equipment we bring to a show, but even more of the people who bring it all together. They take care of our clients, look out for each other, and bring the kind of attitude that makes even the long days a little better.

Doug has always believed that taking care of the people behind Sound Ideas matters. He consistently puts the team first, leads by example, and has helped build a company where people are supported both on and off show site.
Congrats, Doug. This one is well deserved.
The earlier we get to be part of the conversation, the better.
Audio, lighting, video, staging. They all shape how an event comes together, and there’s a lot more you can do when they’re considered early. You don’t have to have the AV side figured out before you call us. That’s what we’re here for.
Every big LED wall starts with one panel coming out of a case.
What happens next depends on the event. LED can become a stage backdrop, a focal point for the room, or part of a completely custom setup. That flexibility is part of what makes it so fun to work with.
