ExploreGod is growing, and we are looking to hire a Global Discipleship Trainer to join our team!

In this pivotal role, you will create, implement, and lead training programs that empower our passionate, worldwide volunteer force. By developing online courses, live sessions, and practical resources, you'll equip online missionaries to effectively connect with Seekers and help them grow in their Christian faith.

What you'll do:
✨Develop and implement engaging online training programs and materials
✨ Manage our Learning Management System (LMS)
✨ Collaborate with international teams to contextualize training across cultures
✨ Measure and maximize the global impact of our volunteers

What we're looking for:
🎓 A background in Education, Ministry, or Nonprofit Management
📈 4+ years of experience training volunteers (especially in ministry/nonprofits) 💻 Expertise in adult learning principles, instructional design, and e-learning platforms
🤝 A heart for cross-cultural ministry and spiritual growth

📍 Location: Full-Time, Fully Remote (U.S.-based candidates only)
