We received a call yesterday from our Sherwin Williams representative, who informed us of an 8% price increase on paint effective September 1st. So that would be close to 20% so far this year!
I called my Benjamin Moore representative and she said their also expecting a 6-10% increase soon.

We provide a wide range of home services, and most come with a 1 or 2 year warranty.
We finished the 2 duplex buildings a few days ago. I just came back to put unit letters on the mailboxes. Figured I do a quick video and take some pics.
This was before we started the job. Was way over due. Dirty, faded peeling paint, cracks and so on. The roof, fascia, and soffit was just replaced. Both duplexes are for sale, plus the city said it needed to be cleaned up. So we're doing a lite prep, bare wood and spot prime and one coat color matched. Ask about our investor/realtor specials.
July is Plantation and Davie residents appreciation month.
15% OFF any project over $1250.
Does your neighbor need painting also? Well, we have a discount for that if scheduled together.
*All estimates are valid for 60 days.
