Elite Bodywork Therapy

🍂 It’s Officially Feeling Like Fall in Pomeroy! 🍁
The crisp air has arrived, the leaves are turning, and you know what that means… the heat is on — literally! 🔥

Perfect morning for this 💤 🌧️

📅 Schedule Update! 🏫🏐

With the school year back in full swing and my kids' sports schedules picking up, I've had to make a few adjustments to my availability.

The good news? This shift has opened up some daytime appointment slots over the next few weeks! 🙌

If you've been wanting to book and daytime works better for you, now’s the perfect time. Just send me a message and I’ll get you on the schedule!

Thanks so much for your continued support and understanding 💛

This past weekend I was able to attend the AMTA WV annual conference and learn more about Kinesiology Taping from instructor Paul Kohlmeier.

I'm excited to offer this and already used it on a few clients this week! It can be helpful for anyone with pain, injuries, inflammation, or poor lymphatic drainage.

**both have been taken**

*Update* only one spot left for this week!! This Wednesday at 2pm-1hr

"Licensed to Make a Difference" AMTA Ohio 2024 state convention. Very excited to have had the opportunity to expand my knowledge in Cupping Therapy and offer more for my clients.

Officially time for the heated table 🔥💆‍♀️
