𝗖𝘆𝗻𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗮 brings a powerful story of grit, service, and purpose‑driven leadership. 𝗕𝗼𝗿𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗿𝗮𝗶𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝗶𝗻 𝗛𝗶𝗮𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗵 to Cuban parents who built their restaurant business from a single fish truck, Cynthia learned hospitality and work ethic at her father’s side. Her career spans nonprofit leadership with Best Buddies—where she launched and led their national housing program—and founding Dream Team Group Home, serving individuals with disabilities. Today, she is the 𝗳𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁 𝗖𝗵𝗶𝗰𝗸‑f𝗶𝗹‑A 𝗢𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿 𝗶𝗻 𝗛𝗶𝗮𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗵 and the 𝗳𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁 𝘄𝗼𝗺𝗮𝗻 selected in Miami, leading a thriving team of 100+ and pouring into her community with heart, excellence, and opportunity.
