Summertime🎣

Spring has been a blast with a bunch of great clients and fishing. Summer is right around the corner now with more great fishing to come!

The first part of winter has been a lot of fun and we have been lucky with great weather the majority of days this season.

Wrapping up bay boat season as winter will soon be knocking on the door. Some spectacular snook as big as 40” have been willing to play.

Winding down the late summer and fall season but we have caught some good ones. Winter is right around the corner and more fun fishing is yet to come.

Haven’t been posting much, doesn’t mean we haven’t been catching much though. A quarterly post was due I suppose. Summer as usual around here.

Snuck out on my day off with the wife for my 40th birthday a few weeks back and managed to find some great birthday presents from the lagoon. The fish of the day for each of us respectively were a 40” single cruising redfish for Erin and a trout pushing 8lbs for me, two quite spectacular catches. The redfish made a 400’ run deep into the backing on the 8wt before it let us make any progress.

Trips with kids can be the best. We caught a bunch of fish in a few different areas giving us singles, doubles and even triples with a few bigger trout in the mix of reds and drum.

Fed a few on a quick trip in some gloomy weather for a regular client that was in town. Got a little lagoon slam and sent them back on their happy way.
