Free Event Tomorrow + Summer Hours Come in, be curious! June 2025

School’s out, and it’s June already! Check out our upcoming events for some summer break fun!

Oh, and while we are closed to the public this week for our first week of camps, we will reopen this weekend, with our summer hours.

SUMMER DROP-IN HOURS!

Monday: CLOSED
Tuesday - Friday: 1:00 - 5:00 PM
Saturday - Sunday: 12:30 - 5:30 PM

We are closed this week for our first week of camps, but we will be reopening to the public on 6/13 with our…(drumroll please)……..SUMMER HOURS!

Kick back and enjoy our AC (plus the hands-on museum, of course). We will be open to the public Tuesday through Sunday. Admission is $10 a person, and lasts the whole day.

Event Tomorrow: "How Not to Die"! Mushroom Foraging Workshop Searching for a specific mushroom? Whether it is a morel, lobster, or something more funky, this is the workshop for you. Join naturalist and author, Rebecca Lexa, for a unique workshop on mushroom foraging.

This workshop is to die for! Just kidding, that’s kind of antithetical to its purpose, sorry .

On Friday, May 29th, we are hosting a workshop on mushroom foraging, taught by Oregon Naturalist and author, Rebecca Lexa.

Every entry gets you a shot in our Portland Pickles raffle too!

We are happy to announce that we have partnered with the Portland Pickles this season! As a celebration of the family fun sport and our family museum, we are giving out FREE PICKLES TICKETS!

Join us for any class or for museum admission, and get one entry per ticket into our raffle. We will choose a new winner EVERY WEEK to win 2 tickets to a game of their choosing.
