Join us for a full day of food, music, friends, memories, fun, and fundraising as we celebrate one last beautiful day together at Rhythm Seed Farm. 🌻

Everyone is welcome. This is a free event and an open invitation to our whole community, whether you’ve been part of the Rhythm Seed family for years or are visiting the farm for the first time. Come for the whole day or drop in whenever you can.

We are incredibly grateful to everyone who has jumped in to help make this gathering happen. It has truly become a community effort. Friends and volunteers from the Rhythm Seed Farm family are bringing snacks to share and leading activities throughout the day, including rock painting, wreath making, garden activities, and yoga. Bee Baek will be generously donating a yoga class that is open to all, just remember to bring a mat! 🌱

And a very special thank you to the musicians who are donating their time and sharing the gift and medicine of music with us. 🎶

Feel free to bring a potluck dish or snacks to share, bring a friend, and join us for all or part of the day.

While this celebration is free, it is also part of something much bigger. Rhythm Seed Farm is being displaced from the land we’ve called home, and we are fundraising as we search for a new place to put down roots. This gathering is a chance to celebrate everything this land and community have given us while helping build awareness and support for Rhythm Seed Farm’s next chapter.

Come celebrate, eat, create, dance, share memories, and spend one last evening with us in the garden. This will be our final concert at the farm. 💚

🌕 Full Moon Women’s Circle + Sound Bath + Releasing Ritual at Rhythm Seed Farm

There feels like no more meaningful place to gather for a Full Moon evening centered around release, growth, and deciding which seeds we want to carry forward.

We’re excited to welcome Kirsten Korot: Moonologer™, Intuitive Coach, Sound Healer, and founder of Manifesting with the Moon Women’s Circles & Nature Nurture Experiences™ to Rhythm Seed Farm for a special evening beneath the energy of the Aries Full Moon.

Kirsten will guide an intimate women’s circle created to help us step away from the noise of everyday life, reconnect with ourselves, and make space for what we’re ready to leave behind.

Through crystal singing bowls and other healing instruments, Kirsten will create a soundscape designed to support relaxation, integration, and release.
No previous experience with astrology, Moonology, meditation, or sound healing is needed.
Come exactly as you are.

WHAT TO BRING
Please bring a yoga mat or chair, a blanket or layers for warmth and comfort, and water.

We’re currently welcoming apprentices for:

🌿 Garden Apprentice — 5 positions
Get hands-on experience with seed harvesting, cleaning & processing, germination testing, seed inventory, fall garden care, winterization, and more. This quarter we spend lots of time getting close with the seeds 🫘

📣 Media & Communications Apprentice — 2 positions
Help tell our story and grow our community through social media, content creation, outreach, partnerships, events, and fundraising. Experience with Instagram, Facebook, Canva, photography, videography, grant writing, or fundraising is a plus!

✨ Perks of our being an apprentice include fresh produce, seeds, flowers, hands-on learning, community connection, and the opportunity to contribute directly to our mission of regenerating abundance in our communities💚

🌹 A Note from the Facilitator: Nourish & Root: A Mother’s Circle

Gathering and grounding with other mothers in song and in such a beautiful, healing space has been both a joyful and humbling experience for me.

I came to this simply as a mother wanting to gather with other mothers and sing together. Motherhood can feel so isolating at times, and I feel such deep gratitude for the mamas who have joined me in opening our voices, sharing space, and opening our hearts together.
Holding these circles has reminded me just how powerful singing can be, not only for calming the nervous system, but for reconnecting us to our own hearts.

As mothers, so much of our energy is constantly going out to everyone else. It can be easy to lose touch with ourselves along the way.

It has been such a delight to gather with both mamas and children and share in the medicine of song. I’m so looking forward to continuing to create this space together. 🌹

Needle Felting in the Garden! 🍄🌿

Join us at Rhythm Seed Farm for a cozy afternoon of crafting in the garden. We’ll be making a simple mushroom out of wool using needle felting techniques! All materials and supplies will be provided to make one mushroom.

Please bring whatever will make you comfortable outdoors: a blanket, chair, layers, or anything else you’d like.

🪘Join us for an inspiring and joyful afternoon of rhythm, music, and culture with SkiJah Indigo.

SkiJah has been given the title of Master Drummer by Malik Sow, Master Drummer and Conductor of Senegal. For more than 14 years, SkiJah has studied traditional West African music and culture, with an emphasis on traditional drumming.

He has been granted permission to teach and share the culture and rich history of the Manding Empire and its influence throughout modern society. SkiJah has traveled and performed extensively, sharing his knowledge and talent on the djembe through workshops and performances with a variety of artists.

SkiJah continues to honor and share the lineage of his teacher, along with the many influences he has gained throughout his journey. 🌼

Come gather in community, connect through rhythm, deepen your awareness, and expand your joy for life through music and culture.

Big changes are happening at Rhythm Seed Farm, and we’re coming together to celebrate as we say farewell to the end of an era. 🌱💜

The land we’ve nurtured, grown our seeds on, and called home has been sold and will be developed into low-income housing, which means our lease will not be renewed. We are grieving as we prepare to leave a place that means so much to us, yet we are also feeling excitement, hope, and deep gratitude for everything this land has given us.

This land is the birthplace of Rhythm Seed Farm. Here, we’ve grown more than 10 million locally adapted seeds, donated thousands of seed packets, trained the next generation of growers, and built an incredible community of more than 150 volunteers.

So much has taken root here. Saying goodbye to this land is heartbreaking, but this transition is also giving us an opportunity to dream bigger about what Rhythm Seed Farm will grow into as we open our next chapter.

🌱 What’s Next
We’re searching for a new, permanent home where Rhythm Seed Farm can put down roots and continue growing seeds, people, and community for years to come. But before we say goodbye to the place where it all began, we’re going to throw down for one last party! 🥳
