Hidden Valley Healing

Feeling love and sending it out to everybody today!!

So many wonderful synchronicities happen when one just goes with the flow... It is at these moments that I know I am allowing my connectedness to All That Is make things happen. I don't have to work "hard", I just need to act on what is given. See less

What you think does without a doubt become your reality.
My daily goal: Be mindful. Be creative and be as loving as I can.

My home office is set up and I'm already seeing clients here:)!! it's been fast and furious, I've totally remodeled the attic room with new flooring, and painted, and furnished as I've always wished... bright cheery colors like tropical places I've traveled to. I even painted colorful shelving and have room for many things from my past homes, even a place to play cello:) And through this, I've still been to DC for a week and have had a vacation with family in Maine. What a great summer so far! The garden is bursting with tomatoes and peppers and eggplant... fun cooking!! It is starting to feel like fall is trying to appear, but I'm sure we have a few more swimming and hiking days left. My new home is ready for guests as the office couch is a beautiful tempurpedic fold out:) I look forward to seeing many clients this fall. With love, Val

I'm sharing this because I have had 3 clients in the past month that seem to be "volunteer" souls. These individuals are spiritually advanced and may be just now discovering that they possess an energy that is simply "needed" on Earth today at a crucial moment in the planet's own growth.I am deeply honored that these souls are finding me and QHHT to aid them on their journey of self expression to bring the highest energy of love here for all of us.

Live your life with a deep quiet love. Follow your understanding as it grows and let others do the same. All is well.

Hello Friends! I finally did it:) I have moved to Portland, ME. I bought a cute little house where I have set up my practice, and before I could barely move in, Source started sending people to me:). I love the way vibration works and how all the synchronicities help everything just fall into place when you make a decision to follow your heart. So come see me!!! With love, Val

🌙 The sun has set, the day is through,
The world is quiet, and so are you.
Let go of thoughts of what has been,
And find the stillness deep within.

With every breath, let tension fly,
Like clouds across a midnight sky.
No need to plan, no need to keep,
Just drift into a mindful sleep.

The night is already here, and the stars are watching over us. Let us let our hearts rest gently. Let us let go of the journey’s weight and allow ourselves a deep, restorative peace. Rest well, everyone!

May you and all beings be well, happy, and at peace.

Hello all friends and seekers. This is a crazy time to keep your center. Don't let the darkness around you dim your light. You may take part and be active for what you believe is right and good, help others in the way that you need to.... And you can still keep your heart centered on peace. It is a journey for all of us.

Tomorrow is the beginning of the Lunar New Year, the Year of the Fire Horse, and coinciding with the Fire Eclipse. Please be mindful tomorrow and meditate on peace and harmony for yourself and the world. This day has very strong spiritual energy, use it well.
With love and care,
Val
