I’m your local Bass Tech Guy! I love making people’s basses play better and sound awesome for them!🤘 I've added a button for my email address to this page.

The Bass Tech Guy is here to do all those set ups, upgrades or repairs that your bass is begging to have done at an affordable cost that your wallet will thank you for!Sure you can take your bass to your local guitar shop and yeah they could set it up alright. There is a good chance however that it won’t be set up or worked on by an active bass loving, bass addicted player that knows exactly what a good comfortable bass guitar should play and feel like. That's why I’m here, to re-kindle that special bass love that you once had when it felt so nice, so smooth and so new, it can be that way again! Please check out my list of services below and feel free to reply with any questions, I’d be happy to answer them. Most of my services are less than the cost of what a luthier shop or guitar shop in town would charge for the same service! So if you want to get your bass ready for the onslaught of fevered shows the music seeking public will be clamoring for once this Covid-19 nightmare is finally over, (hopefully due to the vaccine) and shows start to come back, and you don’t want to be charged an arm and a leg then please contact me. I’d love to help make your bass be the best it can be for you! I'm located in the Southeast Portland area and I work out of my shop in my house. I don't have a storefront or a public location that you can look up on google, I'm by appointment only. Email is the best way to get ahold of me directly as I don't check my Facebook messages as often as my email. If you would like to email me please tell me a little about your bass and what you would like to have done on it and any questions you might have about my services. I also do house calls within the Portland metro area if all your bass needs is an intonation set up and cleaning. If your bass requires anything more involved to get it set up or in perfect playing condition for example, if it needs any repairs or you want some upgraded parts installed then I'd need to have it brought to my shop to do that. It just depends on the condition of your bass and what you would like to have done on it. I’ve added a few reviews and pictures of my favorite bass builds, repairs and set ups that I’ve done over the years, Please feel free to take a look in my pictures. Thanks for checking out my page!
