ADHD looks different in every person — and so does the treatment.
Logan Prior, PMHNP breaks down something we feel strongly about at UpWell: there is no one-size-fits-all approach to ADHD care.
What works incredibly well for one person may not work at all for another, which is why we take the time to understand where you are in life before building a plan around you.
Our ADHD evaluations go beyond a quick questionnaire. We look at the full picture — your history, your patterns, your day-to-day challenges — and from there we build a treatment approach that is actually tailored to you.

Reviews like this one mean everything to us.
Life transitions are hard enough without feeling like your care team is not keeping up. Our providers believe that showing up quickly, compassionately, and consistently is not a bonus — it is the bare minimum our patients deserve.
We are so grateful for the trust our patients place in us.

One of the most powerful things you can do for someone's mental health costs nothing and takes less than five minutes — check in on them. Really check in.
Not the "how are you" that gets a "fine" back. The kind where you sit with the answer, where you make space for something real to come through. The people in our lives are often carrying far more than they let on and sometimes all it takes is one person noticing to make all the difference.
Think of someone right now. Reach out today. 💛

A lot of people spend years, sometimes decades, wondering why their brain works differently, chalking it up to personality or just not trying hard enough. For many of them the answer was ADHD all along.
Dr. Cory Zeller, PMHNP breaks down what a real ADHD evaluation at UpWell looks like — a thorough history from childhood to present day, input from people in your life who know you well, and a real conversation about your diagnosis, what causes it, and how to treat it. Not a quick checklist. Not in and out the door. Actual comprehensive care that gives you real answers.
Getting diagnosed later in life does not mean you missed the window. It means you finally found the right door.
