The Record Pub

We are geared up and ready to kick off the month of October Thursday night during our Remi Wolf “Mud” early listening party!

We have some great giveaways lined up, including special posters, stickers and wristbands. One lucky fan will walk away with a Remi Wolf-branded HydroFlash water bottle through a prize drawing.

Starting at 7 p.m., Thursday’s party is free to attend and open to all ages.

We will be taking preorders for “Mud,” or you can get a jump on things through the preorder link in our bio.

This week’s theme for our Wednesday Music Trivia is Women in Rock!

Powered by Portland Radio Project, Music Trivia at The Record Pub starts at 7 p.m., is free to play and features great prizes, including a $75 TRP gift card and a Portland Radio Project hoodie to this week’s winning team!

New releases and reissues including Alice In Chains, Leon Bridges, Weezer, Toy Story 5, M83, Lemonheads and more out today at TRP.

We’re open 12 noon to 10 p.m. Friday and Saturday, while we’ll be opening an hour later than normal at 1 p.m. Sunday following a private event.

The results are in, and our Music Trivia host Dave has awarded the team of More Popular Than Jesus the title belt during our Beatles-themed game last night at TRP!

An impressive showing from the jump, but will they be back to defend their title next Wednesday for our Women in Rock theme?

To go with our Music Trivia theme this week, our new TRP topic is best Beatles songs!

The new board is ready for action, and Music Trivia cranks up at 7 p.m. tonight.

Join us at The Record Pub on Saturday, Oct. 3, for a special listening event in celebration of jazz legend John Coltrane, as we honor what would have been his 100th birthday today.

We are partnering with the John Coltrane Estate and Rhino Records for the special occasion, and we’ll be playing the latest Coltrane release that comes out Oct. 2, “Highlights From 1957-1964,” in its entirety during the event.

Starting at 2 p.m., our Coltrane 100 event is free to attend and open to all ages. We will have some great giveaways and prizes on hand to mark the occasion, including a copy of “Highlights From 1957-1964.”
