Thoughtfully Designed. Expertly Built.

Every project is an opportunity to create something beautiful, functional, and built to stand the test of time.

For this renovation, our team:
🔨 Reframed the window openings
🪟 Installed new energy-efficient casement windows to maximize natural light
🪵 Built a custom wraparound bench with hidden storage for added comfort and functionality
🌲 Installed and stained a beautiful tongue-and-groove ceiling to bring warmth and character to the space
🏡 Finished the room with new flooring and a custom center medallion for a truly one-of-a-kind look

The result is a bright, welcoming retreat that blends timeless craftsmanship with everyday functionality.

We took this Portland-area apartment from drab and dated to bold board-and-batten in deep teal with copper trim — fresh siding, crisp lines, serious curb appeal. And it's not just looks: new siding locks out PNW rain and protects your home for decades.

Customers old cedar siding was rotting. We were going to patch the worst of it but when we started tearing off we realized there was no waterproof barrier behind the shake. Also, the windows not only had rotten trim but the bottom frame of those upper front windows was rotten. We just love the way new cedar siding looks.

A house we just help get ready for sale has just hit the market. This is for a top 1% real estate agent in Portland, Aubrey Martin. Check it out!
