TPG Foundation

The Partners Group was founded on a cornerstone of giving back to our staff, our families, and our communities. We have a long history of philanthropy and volunteerism – not only to give back, but to inspire others to do the same. Thus, in 2020, we established the TPG Foundation, a 501(c)(3). Our Mission: Making a difference in the communities in which we live and work by investing in the health, wellbeing, and education of the next generation. TPG is a purpose-driven, employee-owned organization. Our intent is to make a difference in the community and to inspire others to do the same. Our #Give30 campaign was launched in 2020 and is a 10-year goal to give back $30 million in 1) donated time and money to the community and 2) annual profit sharing for our own employees; by 2030, we expect to have expanded company ownership to 100% of employees. And we are well on our way.
