It’s HOT out there.🍉 To cool down, grab some watermelon and give this recipe a try.
Blend watermelon until liquified strain through a fine mesh strainer.
Add the sugar or honey and vinegar to the watermelon juice and stir until the sweetener is dissolved.
Store in a glass container and refrigerate for 1-2 days before using. Option to strain again before use.
Enjoy over ice with soda water and even a salt rim!
(Store in the fridge for 1 month)
