Happy Dad’s Day to my dad and all the dads and father figures out there. Thankful for all the support, cheering, and inspiration for lifelong learning and curiosity. So impressed that he’s still doing Chinese calligraphy — and planning to come visit us again here in Portland 🧡

🏆 M*F Sambal just brought home a 2026 Good Food Award in the Pantry category — and we are still pinching ourselves! Good Food

The Good Food Awards celebrate products that pair exceptional taste with conscious craftsmanship. Chosen from a blind tasting of more than 1,200 entries, this year’s winners represent some of the most exciting products in the good food space. We are so honored to be among them — for the fifth time. 🤌🌶️

M*F (Mouth on Fire) is our boldest sambal yet — a Pacific Northwest spin on Sambal Hijau, made with fresh tomatillos instead of traditional green tomatoes. Bright, fiery, deeply savory, and 100% vegan. Made in small batches right here in Portland, Oregon. 🌿🔥

None of this happens without YOU. Thank you for being part of our journey — we couldn’t be more excited to celebrate this win with our community. 🙏

Grab M*F Sambal online at sibeiho.com 🛒 or find us at the Portland Farmers Market. 🌱❤️

We let BinKyee introduce this one. She does it better than us. 🎭✨🌈

This Pride drop is dedicated to our Robin — someone we’ve had the privilege of calling a friend for almost a decade. We watched Robin have the courage to follow their calling and blossom into the iconic BinKyee Bellflower 🎭 right here in Portland. is a Malaysian-born drag queen, resident performer at the legendary Darcelle XV Showplace, and a living reminder that owning your identity is the most powerful thing you can do.
Binky: You inspire us every day. Binkyee has chosen New Avenues for Youth as the recipient for sales proceeds of Sibeiho Random Jam.

This is what community means to us: showing up for people who dare to be their most authentic, unique self.

Random Jam is our love letter to Portland summers. Every jar is small-batch, seasonal, and made from whatever fruit is perfectly ripe and foraged by us and friends — from neighborhood trees to the fields surrounding the city. No two batches are ever the same. Packed with real fruit and minimal sugar, what you get is pure, vibrant, alive flavor — loose, spreadable, and absolutely Sibeiho good. Stir it into yogurt, slather it on toast, or let it steal the show on your cheese board.

Unique by nature. Just like the people we love.

Proceeds after costs go to New Avenues for Youth — a Portland nonprofit helping homeless and at-risk young people ages 9–25 access housing, education, job training, and LGBTQIA2S+ support. Every jar does something good. 🫙❤️

Grab yours at sibeiho.com or link in bio. Limited batches, no two the same.

💬 SAMBAL 101
Not sure what sambal is?
Sambal is Singapore’s original chili sauce — think of it as chili crisp’s bolder, more complex, more cultured cousin. Made from chilies, aromatics, and generations of know-how, it’s the condiment Southeast Asia has been putting on everything for centuries. Now it’s made fresh in Portland, Oregon. 🌶️🌲

May dinner parties just hit different when the menu is effortless. Low effort, high flavor — that’s our forever formula. 🌿✨

Tonight’s spread proved it: 🍤 Sambal Shrimp 🌱 Spring Asparagus 🧀 Good cheese, radishes & sambal 🫙 Pearl Couscous 🥬 Stir-fried chard

Full recipe linked in bio →

🍤 Sambal Shrimp (serves 4)
The secret? A 3-ingredient marinade that does all the work.
Ingredients:
* 1 tbsp good jam (We like our friend’s .sf Jam’s apricot jam!)
* 1 tbsp OMG Sambal
* 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
* 2 lbs shrimp, peeled & deveined
* Optional: fresh ginger + lemon grass / herbs
Method:
1. Preheat oven to 400°F (minimum 10 min preheat)
2. Whisk jam, OMG Sambal & olive oil into a marinade
3. Coat shrimp evenly and transfer to a lined oven-safe pan (we used banana leaves for fragrance — foil works great too)
4. Bake 25–30 min until cooked through

🌱 Roasted Asparagus Toss with olive oil + smashed garlic. Roasts right alongside the shrimp. Pearl Couscous - make this while both dishes are roasting. Easy and done!

While dinner cooked itself, we poured wine, caught up, and snacked on good cheese with a swipe of Boomz Sambal for that umami hit 🔥

✨ The magic ingredient? Our family sambals — spicy, savory, and deeply aromatic. OMG Sambal does the heavy lifting so you don’t have to. It’s built for exactly this kind of cooking.

This is the kind of hosting we believe in — more time with your people, less time in the kitchen.
📌 Save this for your next dinner party 🏷️ Tag us when you make it — we love seeing your spreads.

Hello Seattle & Washington friends! 🌲
We’re officially at PCC Markets — Seattle’s truly locally grown and community-owned grocery. And wow. It’s been a while since a company has blown me away quite like this.
When you do demos and visit stores, you get a front-row seat to a company’s real culture. The staff interaction tells you everything about whether values actually trickle down — or just live on a wall somewhere.

It was a quieter weekday, but watching the team work was something special. Happy faces. Gentle smiles. Genuine warmth with every customer. And when I asked about their time at PCC? They lit up —
15 years. 10 years. 20 years. 22 years. Wow!

You know a team has real culture when word travels after the first person tastes your product — and suddenly the whole staff comes by to try it. That’s exactly what happened. These are truly happy people doing meaningful work, and it shows.
We are so proud that our Singaporean Sambals have found a home here — a store that genuinely walks its mission. 🌶️
And a huge shoutout to our friends, another Women BIPOC owner — so lovely to see your snacks on the shelves here too! 🌿
Seattle & Washington — come find us at PCC! We can’t wait for you to taste what we’ve brought. 🛒❤️
