B.Well Collaborative Care
Culturally responsive & trauma informed mental health counseling & consulting for individuals, couples and organizations.
📍Virtual: Maine and MA
Life moves fast. Sometimes so fast that slowing down can feel like something we have to earn.
But rest, stillness, and taking a moment to breathe aren’t luxuries. Making space to slow down, even for a few minutes each day can support our mental and physical well-being.
You don’t always need to be doing, producing, fixing, or preparing for what’s next.
Sometimes, the healthiest thing you can do is simply slow down and be where you are. 🤍

You can be successful, capable, productive, and still be struggling.
Many mothers are managing careers, relationships, children, schedules, households, and everyone else’s needs while quietly wondering, “Why don’t I feel like myself anymore?”
Maternal mental health isn’t only about postpartum depression. It can also look like irritability, anxiety, overstimulation, burnout, identity shifts, resentment, or simply feeling like there’s never enough of you to go around.
You don’t have to reach a breaking point before getting support.
Therapy can be a space to slow down, understand what’s happening beneath the surface, and figure out what you need in this season too.

I never take for granted the trust it takes to let someone into the more vulnerable parts of your life. Grateful to every client who allows me to be part of their journey.

🗣️ YES you have the right to give your therapist feedback! We may be the professional, but only you are the expert on what you need and it’s important to advocate for those needs.
If you’re connecting well with your therapist, it’s OK to say that and let them know and if they’re not the best fit, there will be someone out there that is.
Be encouraged, don’t give up on your healing journey. You’re worthy of being supported. 🫶🏾

As September leads us into a new season, take some time to slow down and reflect on some of the lessons you’ve learned throughout the year. They may serve as needed reminders for the future. ✨ Happy new month!
A day spent facilitating “Returning to Self” a workshop rooted in the reminder that even amidst the noise, uncertainty, and chaos of the world, we still deserve opportunities to pause, reconnect, and come home to ourselves.
It was an honor to facilitate this conversation at a wellness retreat for BIPOC community members hosted by 𝐂𝐎𝐋𝐋𝐄𝐂𝐓𝐈𝐕𝐄𝐋𝐘 𝐁𝐑𝐀𝐕𝐄 ✨
Spaces like this matter. Spaces where we can exhale, reflect, connect, and remember that wellness is not something we have to pursue alone.
Looking to bring intentional wellness programming to your organization or community? My calendar is open for workshops.

✨ Hello and welcome to B. Well Collaborative Care! ✨
My name is Benine, and I’m the founder of B. Well Collaborative Care, a collaborative wellness practice providing trauma-informed therapy for mothers and couples, along with mental health consulting, workshops, and trainings for organizations and schools.
I’m a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), EMDR-trained therapist, and mental wellness educator with a passion for helping mothers and couples navigate life’s most meaningful transitions.
When I first launched B. Well, my work focused on supporting individuals and couples. Since becoming a mother myself, my passion has grown into supporting women through the deeply vulnerable transition into motherhood. That experience strengthened my commitment to maternal mental health and the importance of ensuring mothers feel seen, supported, and cared for.
Today, my practice focuses on:
• Individual therapy for mothers
• Couples therapy
• EMDR therapy
• Mental health workshops, trainings, and consulting
I’m excited to share that my calendar is officially open for August! I’m currently booking workshops and trainings and have availability for a limited number of new virtual therapy clients (serving Massachusetts and Maine).
Here, you’ll find practical mental health education, encouragement, and conversations around motherhood, relationships, emotional wellness, and healing.
Whether you’re looking for support, resources, or simply a space that reminds you you’re not alone, welcome. I’m so happy you’re here.
✨ Here’s to healing, growth, and becoming well, together.

Not enough discussion goes into what life may feel or look like after having a child, whether it’s your first or more. Moms deserve more support and they deserve to know what that looks like.
Thank you bloom for inviting me to facilitate a workshop on Maternal Mental Health. I shared about Matrescence, signs and symptoms of postpartum mental health conditions and what practical support in postpartum can look like.
* My calendar is now open for mental health workshops/trainings. If you or the organization you work for may be interested please reach out via email for more information.
