Papi was founded in Puerto Rican roots, but has never stopped evolving. From the beginning, our famous doors have been open to welcome everyone.
Still today, our restaurant is shaped by a team with different backgrounds, different traditions, different accents and different stories. Those influences have become part of the food we cook, the drinks we pour and the hospitality we share every day. El sabor.
This month, we celebrate the people, cultures and traditions that continue to shape who we are.
Diferentes raíces. Same vegetable. Somos todos un corillo.

What a weekend.
After an incredible Labor Day weekend, we’re giving our teams a well-earned day off.
Blyth & Burrows, Papi, Via Vecchia and Off Track Pizza will all be closed today, Tuesday, September 8.
A huge thank you to our crews who showed up, worked hard, took care of a whole lot of people, and finished summer with one hell of a weekend.
And thank you to everyone who came through our doors.
We’ll see you Wednesday. Rested and ready to do it all over again. ❤️
