Remember that BIG MCLARGEHUGE news I keep teasing you about? Ummmmm friends? I did a thing

When I opened six years ago it was always my dream to have a cute lil cookie cart AND a commercial kitchen space that I could use for pastry things other than cookies, but also MORE cookies (think shipping)

What does this mean for you? Cookies! We aren’t moving the cart, just moving production from the cart to this new space and increasing batch size so we won’t run out of your favorites. It also means I’m rolling out a more robust pasty menu for my wholesale business owner baddies who are looking to supplement their cafe pastry cases. Also cakes. And cheesecakes. And pies. And breads. Basically anything you can bake. OH! And SHIPPINGGGGG

Here’s where you come in: BUY COOKIES. Buy ALL OF MY COOKIES. Kitchens are EXPENSIVE. And be patient with me. I’m hoping to hit the ground running in October with wholesale options and plan to roll out shipping in early 2027. I’m also working on integrating a walk up window at the new space so you can grab a cake slice on your way to work and a cookie on the way home

FAUXLYMPIC MUFFIN

My iconic triple chocolate breakfast treat is BACK! Remember those chocolate muffins at the Olympic village during the 2024 Winter Olympics that everyone was posting about? It’s THAT muffin

It’s a thiccc, moist, chocolate muffin with semi sweet chocolate throughout and filled with house made chocolate ganache.

We’re exclusively featuring it at the coffee shop inside The Heist Food Cart Pod on Sunday the 23rd starting at 10am until sell out so make sure you grab one and snag an early seat for drag brunch that starts at 12:30

S’MORE MONEY, S’MORE PROBLEMS

My iconic camp out cookie is back and better than ever. It’s a brown sugar cookie caked up with graham crackers, shattered Hershey’s milk chocolate bars, and mini marshmallows. Then we stuff the center with a whole, smoked marshmallow

I really wanted that smokey, toasty marshmallow taste you get when you roast your s’mores over a true campfire and I was like, wait I know people that can make this happen for meeeeee

Enter Briel’s Barbecue and his cold smoker. He’s smoking these bad boys for me weekly through the month of August so I can bring you the perfect smokey s’more without the campfire

It’s available at the cart or on DoorDash (ask for it by name) all August long

Mini Monday is postponed until further notice

Mondays have been real rough and I feel like that may be in part to the confusion around how we do the mini cookies. Until I can figure out how to better explain how to buy them and what you’re actually getting we want to put a pause on them and reassess.

I’m still open on Mondays 12-8 so come through and get a big thicccums

j/k there’s not a new special, just me being super grateful to have even been included in the BOP list in Willamette Week at all, let alone actually place.

I make cookies. COOKIES. And to be continuously included on lists with big Portland names that make *actual* food, just really makes me sit in my feels about how fortunate I am to be part of such an amazing community of eaters. I don’t think I’d be able to thrive and rise to the place that I am now if I were in any other city.
I know my big online presence blah blah blah, look; I couldn’t have done it without you, ok?

Hiiiii we’ve made the decision to be closed tomorrow (7/22) because of the heat. It puts our staff at risk and we also don’t want to encourage people to be outside when it’s going to be this hot. Stay inside and stay hydrated!

Shark Week may be the last week of July but it’s my third favorite holiday so we celebrate all month long. I’ve been making this cookie every year for 5 years and still don’t have a reshare from Discovery Channel wtf

My iconic beach themed PB&J cookie is back! It’s an ocean colored peanutbutter cookie stuffed with raspberry pie filling. It’s served pre baked and room temperature just like mom used to make and we top it with a gummy shark, just like mom used to make if she were a shark
