The Taylor Group Inc.

provides personal consulting, courses in leadership development, and business & organizational support that transforms a company culture and builds high performance teams that produce exponential results. Since 1987, the Taylor Group has helped organizations and individuals to become true leaders: effective, successful, abundant and generous. We have a deep bench, with expertise ranging from change management to brand and business planning and from organizational development to personal coaching and beyond. We assemble a custom team around each client, drawing on our practitioners’ expertise in business consulting, brand planning, executive coaching, leadership cultivation, team building, and personal development. Instead of an off-the-shelf approach to our work, we begin each relationship by listening deeply. We partner with our clients to understand their current context along with the key issues and challenges that lie between them and their goals. Together we explore the blind spots that may be causing problems, and look for opportunities to remove hurdles and accelerate progress.
