Meet Us at Multnomah Days! 🌞

The Bridge to Portland Group team is hosting a booth at Multnomah Days, one of the oldest street fairs in Portland, on Saturday, August 15th. We are proud to be based in SW Portland and this is one of our favorite events of the year!

This one-day, open-air, family-friendly street festival features scheduled musical acts, a community parade at 10 AM, an art fair, and over 170 vendor booths (including ours!) as well as food and beverage services available via outdoor street dining and food carts!

At our booth, you can get all the info you need about the SW Portland real estate market, enjoy fun giveaways, participate in our real estate trivia game for a chance to win prizes, and cool down with a popsicle to beat the heat! 

Speaking of beating the heat, a special shoutout to our friends at vibe.and.dwell who are styling our booth. We have a feeling it’ll be the perfect spot to sit and relax if you need a break from all the excitement so make sure to stop by. 🛋️

💖 will also be on site bringing colorful magic to your summer hair do.

🎒 This event is in support of the Back to School Drive, which is working to provide school supplies to eliminate cost barriers for kids in need. Rose Haven is a day shelter & community center serving women, children, & gender non-conforming folks experiencing the trauma of abuse, loss of home, & other disruptive life challenges. 📈 Home values continue to climb. The average sales price increased 1.5% year over year, showing that home values remain resilient despite higher mortgage rates.

💪 Buyer activity picked up in June. Sold listings jumped 10% from May to June and are 14% higher than this time last year, signaling strong seasonal demand and increased market activity.

🌷 The market is gaining momentum. More homes are selling and prices continue to edge upward, creating opportunities for both buyers and sellers, as our late spring market is still blooming!
