The Trump administration is said to have proposed trading away a parcel of land in Yosemite National Park so a private developer can gain access to the park. The potential deal has alarmed conservationists and former National Park Service officials, who say that Yosemite, the crown jewel of the U.S. park system, should be off limits to development. Oregon Congresswoman Maxine Dexter, M.D. and Congressman Jared Huffman of California have opened an Investigation into insider trading for a company called Energy Fuels, after Trump gutted funding for Bears Ears National Monument.

The Energy Fuels CEO bought 74,000 shares days before the monument was cut by 90 percent, making it the largest insider purchase in company history.
