This new home is finally ready for move-in and we are so excited to show you what we have been working on for the last 18 months. Such fantastic work by Clinton & Company - Homes & Development and The WhiteHouse Collection. Interior design by yours truly. Can’t wait to show you all of the finished interior pics!
From an idea to a sketch to an elevation to a rendering and finally IRL! Thank you Clinton & Company - Homes & Development for making it all happen.

Custom Details = Soul
For this renovation, we wanted the kitchen to feel as though it had always belonged to the home and not like something that was just dropped in.
A soft, muted green wraps the cabinetry, while warm natural wood interiors add depth and contrast. A custom designed blue-and-white vintage floral pattern tile featuring the family pup has just enough charm without being too precious, and the unlacquered brass hardware and plumbing will naturally patina over time to provide warmth and a sense of history.
One of my favorite details is the open plate rack. Custom designed for the homeowners personal dishes, it gives the cabinetry a wonderful, collected-over-time feeling. These very intentional selections make this renovated kitchen feel layered, personal and completely at home. Tempest Tileworks Emtek Hardware Western Pacific Rejuvenation 📸 Justin Krug

A well loved home renovation doesn’t always have to be trendy and new. We wanted to create a nostalgic and warm kitchen that improved flow and function for a young family, but still felt deeply personal. Soft green cabinetry, warm wood, custom hand painted tile (featuring the family pup, of course!), unlacquered brass hardware, and layered vintage patterns create a sense of timelessness. Clever storage solutions and built-ins make the kitchen function beautifully for everyday use. My favorite projects are the ones where I bring my client’s vision to life. This kitchen will be where family memories are made for years to come. 💜 Tempest Tileworks MSI Surfaces Western Pacific Emtek Hardware
All of the many months of planning and hard work are really starting to payoff. We are entering the homestretch and watching the vision become a reality is so exciting! Thank you Clinton & Company - Homes & Development
It’s so exciting to see this project progress from concept to reality. It’s amazing to watch make this client’s dream home come to life.👏👏👏
When the concept comes to life!! Super excited to see this project coming together with and his awesome team. Hiring an interior designer early in the new build process will allow you to add (and/or revise) features and lighting to support your furniture layout BEFORE the walls are completed.
