This summer, Elizabeth Johnson, F/OGA, Director of Literacy Instruction at Edison High School, is leading an Associate-Level Orton-Gillingham training open to educators across Oregon.

Oregon's first Orton-Gillingham tutoring, with roots going back to 1960, Language Skills Therapy has supported students with dyslexia through evidence-based instruction. We're honored to partner with IDA-Oregon and Park Academy to host Ron Yoshimoto's Summer 2026 trainings — an opportunity educators in our community look forward to every year.
Park Academy, a Lake Oswego school dedicated to students with dyslexia, is generously hosting us this August — a partnership that reflects the deep roots connecting Oregon's dyslexia community.
