It’s not easy telling the kind woman who wants to say hi to your cute new rescue “no, you cannot say hi to my dog because he’s scared” - to prevent your dog from needing to hide behind your legs in fear.

I’m in awe of you’re telling the vet to skip the blood draw for today because your dog is already panting and shaking after two vaccines.

Others call you weak or soft. 

But they simply don’t understand that you are a hero.
