Among the jobseekers whose progress URF tracked in 2025:
π° 91% improved their income
πΌ 84% progressed in employment
π€ 67% became more involved in their community
π 64% improved housing stability
β€οΈ 62% improved family and social relationships
π± 56% sustained sobriety
Employment is important β but the real goal is a more stable, connected and self-sufficient life.

In 2025, 70% of jobseekers who received comprehensive URF support for more than 60 days retained employment or remained employed at year-end.
Thatβs what long-term support is all about β helping people not only enter the workforce, but build the stability needed to stay there.
Employment creates more than a paycheck. It creates opportunity, confidence, and a foundation for what comes next.

βοΈ Our 4th Annual United Recovery Fund Picnic at beautiful Fort Williams Park was one for the books! Families, friends, volunteers, and supporters came together for an afternoon filled with laughter, delicious food, meaningful conversations, and plenty of fun.
