For 20 years I have been charmed by Portland’s vibrant neighborhoods. I know them best from the back streets on my bicycle, taking long walks, and enjoying the local food scene. I am thrilled to have a career that brings together three decades of professional learning as a project manager and consultant, with my love of homes, my knowledge of Portland neighborhoods, and my passion for finding people their perfect place of belonging. I chose real estate so I could connect with my community and make a positive impact on people’s lives. My approach is to care personally, listen actively, and be your advocate. I use all the resources at my disposal to make your life easier, and my goal is to provide invaluable guidance, simplify the home transaction process, and build trusted life-long relationships. Being able to effectively organize, prioritize, and keep things moving reassures my clients each step of the way. When I'm not obsessing over houses, spending quality time with my teen is a high priority. I love being outdoors, riding my bike, baking, making crafty things, decorating, reading, and hanging out with friends. Anyone who knows me also knows I have a deep commitment to environmental justice and living sustainably because as the saying goes, there is no Plan(et)-B. I believe in the strength of diversity, the beauty of self-expression, and the power of equality to elevate the human experience.

Now time to dig in and make sure the foundation is solid, drainage in the basement is all good, and the 2nd floor dormer added in 1996 is a-okay 🤞🤞🤞. Cuz this is in a sweet location!!!

I’m finally finding space and time to properly honor Pearl’s memory. She passed last Tuesday sometime in the night, snug on her favorite blanket. I suppose at 15 we knew her time might be near.
I miss her. I keep expecting her to suddenly be at my feet, hear her paws come down the hall, or have her meet me at the top of the stairs when I get home.
Pearl came to me only two years ago, a friend needed to re-home her. Together we made sure Pearl lived her best life. And in the end, together we took a special moment to say goodbye to our beautiful fierce Pearl. She was stoic to the end. She was a queen.
RIP Pearl Girl 💫

Being in your young 70s, still working full time, and moving to a new state is no small task! So many things to consider in terms of desirability, affordability, community, accessibility and what are the options when inevitably you continue to age?
These are big questions, worrisome questions, questions that are not easily answered and that require a lot of compassion, patience and time to find the right fit.

Richmond neighbors have neighborhood pride, no doubt! I had a great time hosting this walking tour with legendary, Eric Wheeler, of Positively PNW Walking Tours. About 26 neighbors joined us to learn about the bustling history of SE Portland and the core architecture styles + unique artistry in the neighborhood.
Portland is cool!!

This crew was sad not ride Crater Lake this year (closed for roadwork) 🚧, but the ride must go on!!!
Instead, we had fun taking in the local street art 🎨 and eating cake 🎂!
