Most importantly, do WHAT YOU want.
✨Because studies have shown, one of the best ways to build a new habit is to identify a current habit you already do each day and then stack your new behavior on top. So let’s incorporate mindfulness and affirmations into our everyday, get-ready habits to build to build new ways of doing and being.
I’ve spent countless hours standing in my shower, desperate for a way to quiet the worries/thoughts in my head. I didn’t even know where to start and what “calm” felt like. That’s why I’m passionate about integrating everyday items with easy, simple, mindfulness tips - and putting it all right on the label so it’s as easy as possible. I’m def still on my wellness journey. But hoping a few things I’ve picked up along the way can help others. ✨🌸

Step no. 1 \ refresh + inhale. Spray on shower walls and inhale. As you exhale, release negative thoughts and emotions.

because we believe self-care is more than a face mask or a Sunday here and there. it’s about taking a moment to go within - to nourish our mind, body + spirit everyday. That’s why each product includes a mindfulness practice printed right on the label.

Choose your fighter.
You’re likely still feeling the amplified energy from this week’s Lion’s Gate Portal and the full moon in Aquarius. Which accessory is your go-to for a reset?
Weekend vibe check. I’m leaning towards D, but ask me in 10 mins b/c it will prob be different. 🤷🏻♀️
