In honor of the city council vote on foie gras tonight we wanted to put this new banger Seared Foie Gras with duck tornado, pistachio, cherry, and truffle on TONIGHT.

Which ever way the vote goes, agree or disagree we will abide it, but until then VIVA LA FOIE.
