Congratulations to Neighborhood House on the grand opening of its new Senior Center and Free Food Market! Neighborhood House has been serving the Portland community for generations, and we are honored to have played a role in creating a new home for services that support health, connection, food security, and independence. This new facility creates a welcoming hub where older adults can gather, stay active, access vital resources, and build meaningful connections. The new Free Food Market expands Neighborhood Houseโs ability to address food insecurity while providing a dignified, accessible, and community-centered experience for neighbors in need.

A special thank you to the Walsh team whose dedication helped bring this vision to life: Dan Snow, Brian Johnson, Meghan Herteg, Patti M Miles, Mike Lundmark, Nick Cardoza, Monica Vilay, and Jake LaManna.
