Our beliefs about mental health and substance use are often shaped by our families, cultures and communities. For some, messages that discourage asking for help can create feelings of shame or embarrassment, making it harder to seek treatment when it's needed most.

At Cedar Hills Hospital, we provide confidential assessments, compassionate care and supportive treatment options in a safe, judgment-free environment. If you or a loved one is struggling, we're here to help.
