Portland's HQ for paddling. We offer sea kayak and stand-up paddle tours, lessons, & rentals. We offer tours, instruction and guided expeditions.
Our guided multi-day expeditions on the Maine Island Trail are epic sea kayaking adventures and our courses create learning opportunities for all skill levels. We're dedicated to creating terrific paddling adventures for people of all backgrounds on the Maine coast. We primarily focus on sea kayaking, but also have a range of stand-up paddleboarding offerings. We also rent kayaks, SUPs and other outdoor gear. We have guided trips and lessons scheduled every day during the summer months, and occasional offerings during the rest of the year.

At Portland Paddle we believe that you can do a lot on a stand up paddle board - stand up, sit down, paddle around, strike a yoga pose, and get a full body workout while floating on the water!
Join us weekly on Wednesday evenings for the rest of August for 90 minutes of SUP Fitness taught by a certified personal trainer. This unique class combines elements of pilates and barre with the beautiful benefit of floating on the water. Come try it out!
