"Cheryl had an amazing, wonderful and memorable trip!
he Lisbon hotel was over the top and unlike anything she has experienced. The AMA transfers and tours everywhere were perfect. The riverboat exceeded her expectations in every way. She especially enjoyed the full day tour to Salamanca. She now wants to go to Spain.
She is now a member of the Jason Hedrick fan club!
You helped to make her 80th birthday truly memorable."

Iceland's tourism marketing leans heavily on summer — green moss, waterfalls, puffin colonies, and 24-hour daylight. It's beautiful. It's also crowded, expensive, and missing the things most people think they're going for.
If you want the auroras, the empty roads, the famous black-sand silence, the steaming geothermal contrast against snow — you have to come in winter. September through March.
Summer Iceland is its own thing, and worth a trip on its own terms. But it's not the Iceland you saved on Pinterest.
If Iceland is on your list, we'll help you go in the right season for the trip you're actually picturing.

Buenos Aires is named after the air. Literally — "good airs," for the healthy breeze Spanish sailors thought the harbor had. They were wrong. The first settlement collapsed within 5 years and the city had to be re-founded decades later.
The name stayed. Now it's tango, steakhouses, and dinner at 11pm.
What's the most surprising city-name story you've heard?

June is the month the world's edges open up — the long-daylight months in the north, the just-before-peak shoulder season in the Alps, and one of the most under-the-radar windows in the Atlantic.
🇮🇸 Iceland — midnight sun, open highlands, lupines.
🇸🇮 Slovenia — Croatia without the crowds.
🇨🇦 Newfoundland — iceberg season + a million puffins.
Knowing when to go is half of a good trip. That's where we come in.

The biggest travel mistake might be treating the journey like something to get through.
Some of the world's most incredible views aren't found at the destination.
They're found between destinations.
Here's why rail travel is making a comeback among travelers who want to experience more, not just see more.

One of the most widespread "facts" in modern travel — and it's wrong.
The Great Wall is about 20 feet wide. That's roughly the same as a two-lane highway. From the International Space Station (~250 miles up), spotting the Wall would be like spotting a single human hair from two miles away.
Multiple astronauts have confirmed it directly. Chinese astronaut Yang Liwei said he looked specifically and couldn't see it. The myth has been around since at least 1932 — decades before anyone had actually been to space to check.
What you can see from space: highways, cities at night, the Pyramids of Giza (in the right light), and most major airports.
Travel myths die hard. Working with someone who actually knows what they're talking about is the difference between visiting a place and understanding it.
🇨🇳 Heading to China? Let's plan it right.
