Happy National Coffee Day! How beautiful that this is in the Fall season. Nothing better than cozying up on a crisp Fall morning with a cup of warm coffee, it does something to my soul.
As a mobile notary (and a mom tbh), coffee is often my co-pilot between appointments, helping me stay energized while serving clients throughout the Portland Metro. Not only that, coffee shops make for a comfortable, neutral location for an appointment!

Cheers! ☕How do you take your coffee?

Today we recognize the dedication and hard work of those who help keep our communities and businesses moving forward. Some use this holiday weekend as one last 'hurrah' of summer. Our family spends it celebrating birthdays!
How are you spending your Labor Day this year?

Did you know you don't always have to leave your house to get a document notarized? Or that you don't have to search for a notary nearby?

Remote Online Notarization (RON) allows eligible documents to be notarized through a secure online audio-video session. Think DocuSign meets Zoom. It can be a convenient option when you're traveling, working, coordinating signers in different locations or simply don't have the time to make another stop in your day.

RON isn't right for every document or situation, so it's always important to make sure online notarization is accepted before you schedule.
