Our Mather, Chef Renoo Jansala, with over 30 years of expertise, crafts fresh and flavorful vegan and vegetarian delights. Every detail, from our house-made curry recipe to our entirely gluten-free menu, is executed with care and precision. Our bar menu is a blend of innovation, fervor, and craftsmanship. Immersed in the art of bartending, we create unique craft cocktails with house-made syrups, fruit-infused spirits, and fresh-squeezed juice - an experience found nowhere else.
