I'm Chad Elder, your local State Farm Insurance Agent, dedicated to protecting the community of Hillsboro and the surrounding Washington County area. Originally from Portland, OR I now proudly call Beaverton/Hillsboro my home. With over 20 years of experience as a Director in the Heavy Truck Industry, I felt the need for a more personally fulfilling career that would allow me to be a larger part of the community. That's why I made the transition to become a State Farm Insurance Agent. I find immense satisfaction in helping people protect their assets and assisting them in achieving their financial goals for the future. When I'm not working, I enjoy spending time with my girlfriend of 4 years and her two amazing kids, James (age 7) and Anna (age 10). Jackson (age 22) is currently a Junior at the University of Utah, where he plays baseball for the Utes, and Landon (age 19) is a Freshman at Oregon State, studying Business Administration. Together, we love hiking, boating, snow skiing, and we're always on the lookout for our next National Park adventure.
