Relay Resources is a leading disability social enterprise nonprofit in the Pacific Northwest, with a mission to transform workplaces and communities by championing disability inclusion
We employ nearly 900 team members in four lines of business: building solutions, which includes janitorial, landscaping, and floor care services; document solutions; supply chain solutions; and disability inclusion and accessibility consulting services. Additionally, Relay operates three programs: Supported Employment, which places and supports disabled people in competitive jobs in the community; abilIT, a new cybersecurity and technology training and job placement program; and Affordable Housing, which manages 850 units for 1,500 residents, 27% of whom have a family member with a disability. Sen. Gelser Blouin entered public service through the disability rights community and has spent more than two decades advancing disability rights through policy and public service. She also served on the National Council on Disability and today chairs the Oregon Senate Human Services Committee.
David Rice, Disability Policy and Employment Manager at the CEO Commission, brings more than 15 years of federal government experience to advancing disability employment policy and workforce systems. As a Deaf professional, he brings lived and professional experience to bridging policy and practice.

Advancing how we think about careers, workplace well-being, and disability employment. Testing how emerging technology can reshape the systems behind them.
Meet 2026 DisabilityNext™ Summit co-presenters Sarah George and Dr. Hung Jen Kuo!
As Director of Mission Initiatives at Peckham, Sarah brings clinical expertise and strategic leadership to designing, implementing, and evaluating workforce programs and innovative approaches that expand career development, skill building, and opportunities for disabled people. Her work also includes multiple research collaborations with Michigan State University focused on self-efficacy and well-being in the workplace.
Dr. Kuo, Assistant Professor at Michigan State University and leader of the GREAT Lab, researches how technology can support disabled people across work, health, and counseling. His projects have explored mobile job coaching, virtual reality, video game technology, and AI.
At DisabilityNext™ 2026, Sarah and Dr. Kuo will bring research, practice, and technology together to explore new possibilities for the future of disability employment.
