We spend a lot of time training our bodies.

What would happen if we spent a little time training our intuition, too?

Join us Wednesdays at 6:00PM for our Weekly Metaphysical Meetup — a community gathering designed for anyone curious about mindfulness, intuition, spirituality, personal growth, and meaningful connection.

No experience required. No belief system required. Just curiosity.

Come as you are. We'll take it from there.

For a long time, the wellness industry has sold us the idea that health comes from finding the perfect thing. The perfect workout. The perfect recovery tool. The perfect routine.

The reality is that most of the research points to something much less exciting and much more powerful: people tend to feel their best when they consistently move their bodies, recover well, and maintain strong social connections.

Strength training is associated with increased longevity and improved quality of life. Yoga and breathwork have been shown to reduce stress and improve nervous system regulation. Sauna, cold exposure, and massage can support recovery and help us better manage the demands we place on our bodies. Meaningful social connection is one of the strongest predictors of long-term health and wellbeing.

None of those things are revolutionary on their own.

What is powerful is having all of them available in one place, surrounded by people who make you want to keep showing up.

That's why bodyRIOT was never meant to be just a yoga studio, a gym, or a recovery space. We built an ecosystem that supports the full picture of wellness because feeling good in your body isn't the result of one decision. It's the result of hundreds of small decisions repeated over time.

When movement, recovery, and community all become part of your routine, consistency starts to feel a whole lot easier.

What's the part of the RIOT ecosystem that keeps you coming back? 👇

A few new favorites have arrived.

Soft layers. Easy sets. The kind of pieces that somehow make it from morning coffee to class to the rest of your day without missing a beat.

We've added new Beyond Yoga styles for both men and women, and honestly, we're already fighting over a few of them.

Available now at RIOT. 🖤

One of the biggest misconceptions in fitness is that you have to choose.

Yoga or strength training.

Flexibility or muscle.

Mobility or resilience.

The truth? Your body benefits from both.

Strength training builds the capacity to move through life with power, confidence, and resilience. Yoga develops mobility, balance, body awareness, and the smaller stabilizing muscles that help keep you moving well.

One without the other can leave gaps.

Together, they're a pretty powerful combination.

That's one of the reasons we built RIOT the way we did. You don't have to choose between being strong and moving well. You can do both under one roof.

Lift. Flow. Recover.

Your body will thank you.

Which do you need more of right now: strength or mobility? 👇

Think blocks are just for beginners?

Think again.

One of the smartest ways to improve your practice isn't pushing harder — it's creating the right setup.

In this reel, Lauren walks through how a simple block placement can help create more space, better alignment, and a stronger, more sustainable vinyasa practice.

Props aren't a shortcut.
They're a tool.

And sometimes the smallest adjustment changes everything.

Questions about modifications, props, or getting more out of your practice? Our instructors love this stuff. Ask away in class. 🖤

Why take a 90-minute practice?

Because sometimes it takes more than 60 minutes to really arrive.

More time to warm up.
More time to explore.
More time to challenge yourself.
More time to settle into your flow state.
More time to breathe.
More time for that extra-yummy savasana at the end.

We're excited to add three new opportunities each week to move with us for 90 minutes:

✨ Tuesdays at 5:30PM with Skye
✨ Saturdays at 10:30AM with Jill
✨ Sundays at 7:00AM with Nick (starting 6/21)

If you've been curious about a longer practice, Skye's Tuesday class is the perfect place to start.

Book your mat and come stay awhile. 🖤

Most people think massage is a luxury.

We think it's part of taking care of your body.

Ashiatsu is a form of deep tissue massage where the therapist uses bars overhead and controlled pressure from their feet to create a deeper, more effective release than traditional massage alone.

It's especially helpful for people dealing with:

• tight hips and low backs
• stubborn shoulder tension
• heavy training loads
• long hours at a desk
• stress that seems to live in your body

Whether you're lifting, practicing yoga, running, chasing kids, or simply trying to feel better in your own skin, recovery matters.

Massage is now available at bodyRIOT with Erin.

Members receive 15% off their first session.

Going to the gym has absolutely changed the way I practice yoga. From about 2022-summer of 2024, I only practiced yoga as my movement.  .yoga was the first person to bring to my attention how important it was to include the gym in my movement and then spending time and working with is really when things started to change for me.

The gym has become a fun way to do the hard work that translates directly both on and off the mat. I love building strength, mobility, stability, and resilience in the gym, and I love seeing how that work shows up in my yoga practice.

The stronger and more mobile I become, the more freedom I feel in my movement. More importantly, I feel better in my body as I move through everyday life/as I am getting older. 🙂

With that said, I’d love to invite you to join me for  my BUILD classes at

I design my BUILD classes to help you move well, feel strong, and support longevity for the long haul. We train with intention, focus on quality movement over ego, and have a lot of fun in the process. Whether you’re looking to complement your yoga practice, improve your overall fitness, or simply feel better in your body, BUILD is for you.

Here’s some of the fun work I’ve learned from taking Patrick Beach’s “Handstand” classes on

Come move, sweat, build strength, increase mobility, and invest in the long game of feeling good in your body.
