Our 4D Recovery team had a great time tabling at Teen Expo 2026 in Forest Grove, connecting with youth, families, community members, and local partners while sharing information about 4D Recovery’s adolescent services and recovery resources.

This free annual event brings together teens and young adults ages 12–24 and their families for health education, community resources, employment opportunities, games, giveaways, and more. Hosted in partnership by Neighborhood Health Center and Washington County Health and Human Services, the Teen Expo creates an important space for young people to connect with resources and organizations in their community.

September has already given us so many opportunities to show up, build connections, and celebrate what Recovery Month is all about.

Our 4D Recovery Adolescent & Family Outreach team had a great time participating in the Back-to-School Health Fair at Clear Creek Middle School Gresham-Barlow School District!

Gio, our Youth RAOC, connected with more than 80 youth, families, and community members, sharing resources and information about 4D Recovery’s adolescent services. We’re grateful for opportunities like this to build connections, strengthen community partnerships, and make sure young people and families know support is available.

Our Executive Director, Tony Vezina, and members of our Housing and Clinical Services Teams had a great time at Transcending Hope’s Year of Change Gala yesterday!

We’re grateful for Transcending Hope Recovery Homes commitment to providing safe, supportive recovery housing and helping individuals and families build stability and long-term recovery.

Happening Today!

Helping a child who struggles with substance use can be a very lonely journey, made worse by lack of understanding, fear, and the impact of stigma and shame. 4D's Invitation to Change (ITC) parent support group provides a safe space to connect with others who understand what you’re experiencing. We bring evidence-based ideas together with kindness so you can support your child in a way that’s genuinely helpful and aligned with your values. We also emphasize self-care and self-compassion to sustain you through difficult times.

Meetings are held on 2nd and 4th Wednesdays at 6:30 pm, alternating in-person and virtual.
