L’Arche DSPs bring these skills to community life every day while continuing to learn from the people they support. Today, we celebrate the many talents and skills our care assistants bring to L’Arche!

DSPs help turn “I want to” into “I did!”

Trying something new. Learning a skill. Going somewhere independently. Speaking up for yourself. At L’Arche, Assistants support people with intellectual disabilities in pursuing the goals and experiences that matter to them. Sometimes great support means knowing when to lend a hand—and when to cheer someone on!
