We are finishing up construction documents for Harvest Yards – Block 3, a mixed-use apartment building in Puyallup, WA! This 5-story building for Urban Olympia will provide 140 apartment units in downtown Puyallup, directly addressing the city’s housing needs and demands for higher-density residential development.

As the building is over 450 feet long, the design is intended to visually break up the length. A traditional brick façade bookends the building, reflecting the downtown setting and urban context. In the center, step backs provide relief in the massing, creating resident terraces while intentional groupings of contemporary materials aim to reflect the building’s programmatic functions.

We are also developing Block 4 with Urban Olympia, another multi-family housing building located diagonally across the street. Both properties will be under construction later this year!

Cascade Landing Phase 1 broke ground in 2025 and is well on its way to delivering 98 residential units of affordable housing to the Bend, Oregon area! The project consists of five 3-story apartments buildings with a mix of 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom units. A central community center will provide a communal kitchen, gathering area, music/art studio and support offices. The apartments and community center surround a generous courtyard with gazebos, a universal design playground, BBQ area and rock-climbing play structures, creating a welcoming environment for all ages. Additional features will be provided as part of the overall Ponderosa Master Plan Development. The project is tracking to achieve an Earth Advantage Gold certification.

The North Meridian Apartments broke ground in fall of 2025 and will deliver 59 affordable housing units to North Plains, OR in late 2026. The project will contain a mix of 1-Bed, 2-Bed, and 3-Bed units spread across four 3-story apartment buildings. Located in a newly developed master planned neighborhood, the site will provide community-focused amenities including a playground, bicycle parking and outdoor gathering spaces. A small office building will also be included for Centro Cultural, an integral community organization in Washington County for over 50 years. There is also easy access to additional parks nearby and a less than 10-minute walk to the North Plains main commercial street. The project is on track for a minimum certification of Earth Advantage Silver and will provide energy-efficient systems and sustainability features.

We recently celebrated the grand opening of The Fay by Morro! The Fay is a 23-story, 336-unit high rise multi-family project in the SoFA neighborhood in San Jose, California.

The top floor provides a full level of amenities for residents, including a clubhouse, rooftop pool, BBQs and gym + yoga rooms with panoramic views of the South Bay.

C2K Architecture closely collaborated with Morro and their interior architecture firm, AB Rogers Design, to develop a design that reflects Morro’s proprietary interior program and vision for creating lifestyle-centric properties.

Terrace Glen is a family-focused affordable housing project in Tigard, OR, designed and built in partnership with Related NW and Walsh Construction.
The community includes 144 units spread across two four story buildings that range from studio to four-bedroom layouts.
Family-friendly amenities include an exterior play area, an art room, a multi-purpose room with community kitchen and several support offices.

We’re excited to unveil C2K’s latest project in Fort Jones, California! We’ve had an amazing experience collaborating with Five Marys on their ranch house over the past year.
The ranch house sits at the base of the forested hills of Sharp’s Gulch, overlooking the 1,800 acre Five Mary’s Ranch. The design of the home blends the warmth and character of the community with a contemporary aesthetic. As the stained cedar wood siding naturally weathers, it will take on a unique character only Northern California can provide. The deep porch roof creates a horizon line connecting the house and barn, providing protection from the hot summer sun and snowy winters, providing the family with ample outdoor living space.
We’re excited for the coming months as the Heffernans will get to see the home, designed around their family and lifestyle, come to life. More to come!

Progress Update: The Sherwood Residence

The windows are being installed on this beautiful modern, single-family home, in Sherwood, Oregon. Designed by C2K Architecture in close collaboration with our client, we are excited to see the exterior moving towards completion and can see the final design (top image) starting to come to life!
